Receive a quote & approve the design
You'll get a clear quote and a written summary. Nothing gets built until it's right.
Deposit starts the project
A 50% deposit reserves your spot in the shop schedule and covers materials.
Build updates
Photos along the way so there are no surprises at the end.
Pickup or delivery, final payment
Local pickup or delivery when it's ready. Balance is due on completion.
Prep
Before you contact us
A few things to gather ahead of time so we can help you faster.
- Rough measurements (or the space it will live in)
- Inspiration photos or sketches, if you have any
- Any wording, names, logos, or artwork for engraving
- A target completion date or event date
- An approximate budget range
